MEET THE STAFF OF THE CLINTON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

ADMINISTRATOR
MICHAEL McMILLAN, ADM/LEHP
Michael has his Environmmental Biology Bacchelors from Eastern Illinois University, and a Masters in Public Administration from Sangamon State which is now the University of Illinois.  He is the Health Department Coordinator and the Environmental Health Coordinator.  He is a Licensed Envieonmental Health  Practitioner (LEPH).

                                     

JOAN GOEBEL, RN
Joan is a RN, she graduated from DePaul School of Nursing.  She is the Coordinator of Communicable Disease, Immunization,  Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD), and Tuberculosis Cure and Treatment.

               

KELLIE HAAR, RN
Kellie is a RN, she graduated from Kaskaskia Community College.  She Coordinates the Vision and Hearing Program, and assists with the Communicable Disease, Immunization, Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD), and Tuberculosis Cure and Treatment Programs.  Kellie is also the Secretary of the 708 Mental Health Board.

MARIAN  VOSS
Marian is the Office Technitian.  She conducts Environmental Health Inspections  (Food, Tanning Beds, Water, Sewage).  She also does Clerical Duties, Agency and Program Billing, Agency Accounting, and Vision and Hearing Technitian.

DOLORES RICHTER
Dolores is an Office Technician she keeps the Health Department running smoothly.
